Copper Enamel Vessels by Zan Design.

Vessel for Sake or cold beverages alike. The technical process of marrying the enamel and copper together creates a rim like a burnt halo as if the glass is melted onto the copper.

Made in Taipei, Taiwan.

_ Dimensions:

Yellow: height ~ 9.5cm, diameter ~ 8cm (widest) ~ 2cm (narrowest)

Blue: height ~ 9.5cm, diameter ~ 8cm (widest) ~ 2cm (narrowest)

_ Care: wash with a damp cloth and some detergent only. The nature of copper is that it will oxidise with time, if you would like to polish it, you can use jewellery polishing cloth with care. The enamel (glass) that is fired ontop of the copper is fragile like the nature of glass if dropped. Vessels are not to be used with hot water as this can create fractures in the enamel.

_ Bio: Zan design is the work of artist Jo Lu who combines traditional metal and enamel practices to create contemporary vibrant vessels, containers and objects based around traditional Taiwanese tea ceremony.
