All shipping includes tracking and insurance . Orders will be processed on Tuesday - Friday New Zealand time. This may take up to 48 hours to process. We will email you tracking number once order has been dispatched. All Payments are made in NZD including GST.
NOTE: If you are purchasing outside of New Zealand you will be responsible for any customs or duty payable on your goods when they arrive.
Paypal - simply register with Paypal with your credit or debit card and you can purchase with just your ID and password
Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex ) - please note that instalments and repayments are not available

All orders are subject to availability until they are confirmed. We must receive payment in full before we can confirm your order. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been accepted. Once an order is placed it is unable to be cancelled.
To return or exchange a product email us outlining what and why you are returning within 3 DAYS of receiving the goods. If this is approved please send the item back with TRACKING at the buyers cost within 7 days.
The item must be clean and undamaged with it’s original tag on it. We will not be responsible for any damage/lost during the shipping process when returning/exchanging goods.
We will accept returns for items that are faulty. Being a small business we are unable to accept returns if you change your mind.
We try to represent all work shown with as much accuracy as possible, but the images on the website can only be used as a guide. Each item is handmade and therefore there may be slight variations in the size and colour of each piece . Colour may also vary depending on the screen you use to view the image on. Please email us if you have any questions before purchasing.
